If to compare with SkyUI 2.2 , then in this fashion: SkylightUI is a modified SkyUI mod for Skyrim SE. The focus was on compatibility with later versions of SkyUI without using SKSE. This mod is transparent for the game and does not disable the mechanism for obtaining achievements (achivings).
